Every morning, we offer fresh fish sourced from the Toyosu Market.
There is a large fish tank inside the restaurant, and we prepare and serve fresh fish right on the spot after you place your order.
Thanks to this commitment, we’re able to serve you our fresh “sashimi platter” and “chef’s selection of nigiri sushi”!
We also carry a carefully selected assortment of sake, so you can choose from our extensive selection.
